Philip Hugh Padwick (1876-1958) received education at Repton and the "Slad school" and was influenced by Mark Fisher. He exhibited work at the "Royal Academy", "Royal British Academy", and the "Paris Salon". His work has been sold by many galleries, especially in the countryside as his work is strongly related to landscapes (see this painting). P. H. Padwick lived in Fittleworth, Sussex where he also painted a lot.
