antique serpentine chest of drawers

A good quality antique George III mahogany serpentine chest of drawers. This 18th-century Geo III mahogany chest of drawers has oak-lined drawers and a wonderful rich color. The whole is constructed from Cuban mahogany and has the desirable nicely shaped front with conforming thumb-moulding to top and base. The whole stands on original shaped bracket feet. This piece of furniture retains a wonderful rich original patina and shows evidence of its 250 years of age. The piece is in excellent condition and has been sympathetically restored so all the drawers run beautifully. Circa 1770.
