Antique French writing table, bureau plat, Louis XV circa 1880

Beautiful antique bureau plat from circa 1880, this antique French writing table is of very special quality. Louis XV writing table, mid-19th century. The oak core is veneered with rosewood, the three drawers and three blind drawers at the back with satinwood. Fire-gilded original bronze mounts. The leather on the top is original, hence the discolouration in the leather top. Dimensions 75 cm deep and 142 cm wide, entirely edged with brass trim.
